City of Logan Mayor’s Charity Gala returns for the first time since 2018

The much-loved Mayor’s Charity Gala is making a spectacular return to the City of Logan, promising an unforgettable evening of celebration and community impact.

Presented by River Road Tavern and Eagle Tavern, the event marks a new chapter for the City of Logan Charitable Trust (CoLCT).

The Gala is returning to the Logan events calendar to reconnect the Trust’s revived Board with the Logan community and grow its capacity to provide grants and charitable support where it is needed most.

Building on the success of the Trust’s inaugural Game Changers fundraising event in 2025, the Mayor’s Charity Gala is set to become Logan’s night of nights.

CoLCT Deputy Chair, Mayoress Ali Raven, said the return of the Mayor’s Charity Gala was another important step in the Trust supporting people in the Logan community

“We’re thrilled to bring this iconic event back to Logan,” Mayoress Raven said.

The Beenleigh Events Centre will be transformed into an enchanted garden, complete with colour, light and a touch of magic.

Guests will enjoy a premium three-course dining experience, beverage package, live entertainment, inspiring guest speakers and exciting fundraising activities and prizes throughout the evening.

The event offers the community an opportunity to learn more about the work of the CoLCT and how it is helping create lasting, positive outcomes for the Logan community.

CoLCT Chair, Dr John Gilmour, said the Mayor’s Charity Gala would bring the community together for a shared purpose – supporting those who need it most.

“As the City of Logan Charitable Trust continues to grow, this event will help strengthen our connection with the community and raise essential funds that can be directed back into charities that improve lives across Logan,” Dr Gilmour said.
