What is involved?

The City of Logan Charitable Trust (the Trust) contributes to a resilient, inclusive, and connected community by raising funds and providing grants to support grassroots initiatives that benefit the community within the City of Logan. Our Charity Ambassador Program plays a vital role in promoting our work, expanding our reach, and building stronger community ties.

Ambassadors are passionate, connected, and community-minded individuals who help raise awareness, drive fundraising, and represent the Trust at events across Logan. Ambassadors will coordinate with the Board of Directors to promote events, contribute content for social media, and recommend stories, photographs, and public engagement opportunities. Additionally, ambassadors will build and nurture relationships with local individuals, community groups, businesses, and sponsors. 

What we are looking for:

  • A genuine passion for community impact and the mission of the Trust.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in public speaking and community engagement.
  • Experience or interest in organising fundraising or community events.
  • A reliable and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Established social, professional, or business networks in Logan or surrounding areas.
  • Willingness to commit to a minimum of four hours per month.
